Eligibility for Returns
You have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Return Process

Contact our support team via email (see contact below) within 7 days of receiving your product.

You will receive a return authorization and instructions, including a return tracking number to follow your shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
⚙️ All returns are free of charge — the return shipping and reshipment costs are fully covered by Duque Promotions.
Exchanges
If your product is defective or incorrect, we will immediately resend a new item at no extra cost once the returned product has been received and verified.
If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
